April 1, 2024, annual update to The Facilities Management Plan and Tree Trimming Inventory are almost complete for republication on the website.

TruScapes are still on their biweekly schedule for landscape maintenance during the off season. They also completed repairs to the irrigation system that were discovered during the Monthly Inspection conducted on March 13. They continue to repair ongoing plumbing issues with the irrigation system.

Truscapes subcontractor installed turf fertilizer and weed and insect killer on March 7.

Greg and Carole removed invasive “Starburst’ plants on the drainage ROW at Cottages adjacent to Rivendell Blvd. fence.

Rotten wood trim was repaired or replaced on the Gazebo.

Design of new irrigation system add on at Osprey Pond/Stillwater Ct. was complete and we are currently soliciting bids on electrical, supply pump and piping, irrigation and possibly solar.
