MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE ACTIVITY

Install new motors with GPS for the clock at the Pool.

Mulch for the community/areas to be determined

Additional sign straightening.

Obtain bids for the roof replacement at the Pool.

Replace street lights on Rainbow Point Blvd

Install surge protector at the main irrigation pump CPU

Final cleanup of hurricane Ian damage including removal of the Banyan tree at the Cottages.

Street light cleaning.

Inspect sidewalks to determine if they need power washed.

Continue to work on the Facility Management Plan.

Have the streets inspected by the County to encourage repaving.

Remove the damaged Magnolia tree on Rivendell Blvd.
