MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE ACTIVITY
Removed Copper Leaf plants at Park Trace common area and planted pitch apple.
Removed a couple bags of trash from lower Scherer Pond at Millpond Court dead end and 2 bags trash out of Crane Pond. This is debris coming from nearby roof replacement work.
Cut two dead Cypress trees on the preserve side of Placid Lake and debris was placed into the woods.
Greg painted and cleaned light poles: 3 ON MALLARD MARSH / 6 ON CRESCENT PARK / 6 ON RAINBOW POINT.
1-MAY - The Rivendell Maintenance committee has posted a NEW comprehensive Facilities Management Plan (FMP) HERE ON THE MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE PAGE.
