WELCOME TO RIVENDELL

The Woodlands at Rivendell is a highly desirable community that offers a multitude of recreational opportunities and a serene country atmosphere. Located in Osprey, Florida, just minutes away from Sarasota and Venice, this suburban-style neighborhood is designed to embrace the Florida lifestyle with its abundance of parks, lakes, nature trails, and more. Residents can choose from a variety of residential options, including village, estate, and executive homes, as well as maintenance-free patio homes. Nestled within 400 acres of lakes, preserves, and open spaces, the community was thoughtfully planned to seamlessly blend with its natural surroundings. Additionally, The Woodlands at Rivendell enjoys a prime location adjacent to the renowned Pine View School, which provides exceptional education for intellectually gifted students from grades 2 to 12. Nature enthusiasts will also appreciate the close proximity to Oscar Scherer State Park, situated just south of the community and offering stunning views from many homes.
